Daniel Arsenault is a Halifax-based builder and the founder and host of the Atlantic Construction Podcast. With a BBA from UPEI and years across Atlantic Canada's construction trade — from the family contracting business to estimating and construction management — he started the show to put the region's contractors, developers, trades, and suppliers on the record, in plain language, with the receipt shown on every fact.

Lloyd Shaobo Liu
Lloyd is a Halifax-based developer and the co-founder and CEO of Helio Urban Development, a development company. An engineer who went on to the Yale School of Management and a stint in investment banking at Merrill Lynch before turning to building, he brings an operator's view of how the work actually gets done to the show.
As a co-founder, I spearhead the strategic positioning and the technology backbone behind these platforms.
